It is an easy and effective solution to your otherwise difficult feedback recording and adressal system.
Basic Settings
Helps you select theme, upload and edit the header image, classify the categories of questions and add social media plug-in. It further lets you specify escalation conditions, in case of poor average rating by the customer and define the keywords which may match with negative customer feedback, thus requiring escalation to higher authorities.
Display Settings
This section allows you to specify the presentation format and the display option for your feedback system. There is a provision for setting-up the cover page with a personal message from a Senior Management person like the GM. This section also lets you list and sequence pre-defined personal fields like Name, Email and Mobile no., to appear on the application. Another feature from this section lets you create/edit/upload categories of questionnaire (which may be star rating-based).
Response Settings
This section lets you define SMS and email message which will be sent to customers (positive feedback) giving them offers etc. as soon as they have given their feedback. There is also an option to send across an apologetic message for customer dissatisfaction (negative feedback), and assuring the customer of better service next time. Presenting a prompt reply to customers registering their feedback, establishes the intent of your business - which is to serve the guests in the best possible manner.
See Reports
‘See Reports’ helps you to know the number of responses and the ratings received by your guests as per the categories defined in the questionnaire. The detailed analytical reports provide valuable insight to you, regarding problem areas and enable you to track your improvement.
